About Betterment’s Pursue Better Partner Relationships
Drake Maye, Arike Ogunbowale, Michael Thorbjornsen and Jackson Koivun are promoters who are paid by Betterment. Each is compensated a flat fee of up to $62,000 per advertisement. Carli Lloyd was compensated through June 30, 2025.
Decha Brooks and Heidi Zak are promoters. Each of Decha and Heidi’s companies' plans received a discount of up to $7,500 to offset future service fees.
Derek Tharp is a promoter. Betterment covered his travel and accommodations.
